What is a Self Fitness Evaluation?
This Fitness Evaluation is a workout designed for anyone to perform without the need for a gym, coach, or personal trainer.
The object of the Self Fitness Evaluation is to set a benchmark (starting point) for your individual fitness level. By performing this fitness test workout for time, you will be able to measure your future work and retest to show measurable fitness improvement.

You will only perform this exact workout three times:
Initial, Mid-way, & Final

Initial Test:
When you perform the fitness test workout initially, remember to do what you can and work as hard as your body will allow. Always write your workouts in a journal to keep track of where you are and what you have accomplished.
Mid-Way Test:
When you have reached the mid-way point perform the fitness test again. Before you start look back in your workout log and pin point areas you will try to improve upon (example: run 400m without stopping & get a better time).
Final Test:
Finally after 90 days you are ready to take the fitness test for the final time. This time try to perform the test as close to prescribed as possible and strive to record a faster time than ever before. This is measuring your results. If you have put in the time and the work it is guaranteed that you will see positive results and increased fitness.
